Montepaschi Viadana’s Business School that teach the manager to score a try.

What’s Performanager®®
Montepaschi Viadana, in collaboration with psychologists and experts in manager training, created Performanager® , a new and effective method to train and motivate managers.
Rugby as team working.
Rugby is a sport that perfectly symbolises competition, team building and coaching. It is team work in which every specific role reflects the labour division in an organization: There is no team that can reach a result without the coordination between all of his components.
Rugby as circulating leadership
In our history, rugby has built a culture based on loyalty, respect of the laws, strength, enthusiasm and team spirit. The game is a model example to show the leadership as circulating, that favors the results than the personal success.
Theory and practice
Performanager® is divided into theoretical and practical issues, that take part in a classroom and on the pitch. There are different simulated gamesand exercises, all with no risks because every person (age, gender, physical condition etc) is given a proper
role.
Who, how, what
On the pitch the managers will be trained by a staff composed by a Management of expert Rugby players and coaches from Montepaschi Viadana.
